General End User RMA Procedure:
1. RMA department of MGE checks 1) if item #s are MGE product; 2) if the quantity of items to be returned is reasonable.
2. A RMA number will be issued by email within 24 hours.
3. All RMA shipped to MGE must have the appropriate RMA number on the package(s) as well as the shipping list. All RMA returned items must be shipped back in the original factory packing condition including a completed rebate form.
4. RMA request for exchange OR upgrade: RMA department will follow the priorities of 1) exchange from RMA warehouse or regular warehouse for same market value price item; 2) upgrade to different model. If at any time the item is discontinued, the RMA will only exchange for an existing item. Please note that any differences in market price will be the responsibility of the owner.
5. Customers fill out the General Request Form on www.mgecompany.com. Clearly specify the item # of each product, quantity to be returned. Give a specific description of the problem(s) with each product to be returned for exchange.
*Offer valid only within the United States and Canada.
*Offer valid only for XG power supplies purchased after September 1st, 2005.
*No resubmission allowed.
*Offer does not cover damages due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper testing.
*Item(s) returned to MGE must include copy(ies) of sale invoice(s) to verify the serial number(s), RMA number, AND lifetime warranty card.
*Product returned under this warranty must be in its original condition.
*NO PO Box, APO, and/or FPO addresses will be accepted.
*Must include money order for the shipping and handling. Note: S&H will vary depending on the product and country.
